Interacting with Collaborators

Interacting with a collaborator is different from interacting with a teammate (i.e. a PM user). When working with collaborators, you have four main options:

• You can print views and reports from Priority Matrix (0:38 - 1:07)
• You can email views and reports from Priority Matrix (1:10 - 1:35)
• You can set up the conversation feature to stream email updates to collaborators to help organize your conversations (2:13 - 3:50)
• You can send clients a live-updating, read-only rendition of all a project's views (Quadrant, Gantt, Calendar, Report) to keep them updated on your progress [Business Class Only] (4:33 - 5:35)

Note that collaborators cannot alter your Priority Matrix and do not have access to it other than through what you send them. With the exception of using conversation commands, they can make no changes to your projects. Also note that Windows and Mac will have the same functionality when interacting with a collaborator.
