How to Integrate OneDrive with Priority Matrix

Priority Matrix can now store all your team's files directly in your organization's OneDrive account, instead of using Priority Matrix's default storage system.

About the Integration

When enabled, this integration:
  • Stores all Priority Matrix files in your organization's OneDrive account
  • Creates a dedicated folder in the admin's OneDrive root directory
  • Maintains your team's existing file organization within Priority Matrix

Administrator Setup Required

Only account administrators can enable OneDrive storage integration. To set this up:
  1. Go to Priority Matrix Storage Settings
  2. Change the storage provider from "Priority Matrix Backend" to "Microsoft OneDrive"
  3. Approve the requested OneDrive permissions

Important Notes:

  • Files will be stored under the admin's OneDrive account
  • The integration creates a specific folder in the OneDrive root directory
  • Existing files will be migrated to OneDrive automatically
